The Change H.E. Community is a collaborative, inclusive, and non-commercial space for higher education (HE) professionals to share knowledge, insights, and experiences related to change and transformation.

Collaboration and Inclusivity

This is a space for open, respectful discussion. We welcome diverse viewpoints from all H.E. segments, including H.E. senior leaders, academics, professional services, student unions, suppliers, and others.

We aim to reflect the diversity of the H.E. sector in our discussions and contributions. Members are encouraged to bring unique perspectives and ensure representation across roles, institutions, and regions.

Contributions should foster an inclusive environment where all members feel safe to share ideas without fear of judgment.

Knowledge Sharing and Professional Growth

Members are encouraged to share challenges, successes, and innovative solutions to advance understanding and empathy in change in H.E.

Please anonymise sensitive examples unless explicit permissions are obtained to share details.

Members are present here as individuals rather than representatives of their institutions.

Contributions to the community may be highlighted in e-zine issues or other Change H.E. initiatives, with appropriate credit given.

If shared content is compiled for broader use, contributors will be informed and acknowledged.

Constructive Engagement

Healthy debate and discourse are welcome, but personal attacks, inappropriate language, or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated.

Non-Commercial Space

This community is strictly non-commercial for the moment. Selling, advertising, or promoting products and services is not permitted to allow a safe space to share ideas without having to worry about being ‘sold to’ or contributions used simply for business development purposes.

Members wishing to market or promote must use their usual platforms and channels outside the community.

Collaborative discussions or professional networking are encouraged, but direct solicitation is not allowed.

Membership Expectations

Members are invited to actively participate by contributing insights, sharing experiences, and engaging in discussions.

This is a curated platform, and membership is granted by invitation to ensure alignment with the community's mission.

Moderation and Conflict Resolution

This is a community of professionals. As such, there is no active moderation on contributions.

Members are asked to be respectful and inclusive in their contributions and ensure discussions remain aligned with the community principles.

Any concerns or conflicts can be reported to the administrator for resolution.

Members violating the terms may be subject to review, with warnings or removal from the platform if necessary.
